In accordance to expectations of the international market the basic element of Stocznia Gdynia S.A. marketing strategy is the orientation on the client's needs.
Currently the Yard's production plan includes such diversified vessels as container carriers, chemical products carriers, LPG gas carriers and Ro-Ro car carriers.
The technical offer of Stocznia Gdynia addressed to the Shipowners includes following types of ships:
• container carriers (from 1.100 to 5.000 TEU)
• product and chemical carriers (from 10.000 to 35.000 DWT) J§f
• crude oil tankers (from 74.000 to 105.000 DWT)
• bulk carriers (from 7.500 to 165.000 DWT)
• multipurpose vessels (from 15.000 to 40.000 DWT)
• LPG gas carriers (from 55.000 to 78.500 m3)
• RO-RO car carriers (capable of carrying from 2.100 to over 6.000 personal cars)
• RO-PAx vessels
In 1997 the Yard was awarded the ISO 9001 certificate issued by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd. and renewed in January 2004. The Yards also holds the ISRS certificate (International Safety Rating System) issued by Det Norske Veritas. |
