SPG-Gorskaya Oversis to construct LNG -center in Denmark
On Thursday, June 1 the Estonian company LNG Gorskaya Overseas OU and the Danish port Grenaa Havn A/S have signed the MoU providing coordinated actions of the parties on LNG construction the bunkering LNG center with floating storage up to 10,000 m3 in the harbor Grenaa.
Creation of capacities for bunkering of the liquefied gas will allow to provide vessels with fuel in the Danish straits, including water areas of the ports of Skagen, Goteborg, Malmyo and Copenhagen.
Within the infrastructure Aurora project developed by LNG Gorskaya Overseas OU, the bunkering LNG centers will be constructed in Lubeck (Germany), Montu, Pärnu (Estonia), Grenaa, (Denmark), Piteo (Sweden), Kotka-Hamina (Finland) and Liepaja (Latvia)
LNG Gorskaya LLC
LNG Gorskaya LLC lead the project LNG Gorskaya, the creation of high-performance Russian company-producer of LNG, which has its own fleet, providing, as the delivery of LNG to customers in Europe and the bunkering of vessels in the Gulf of Finland.
Liquefied natural gas will be produced on a non-self-propelled barge (ship-factory). The total capacity of the plant is designed for processing of 1.968 billion m3 of natural gas per year, which corresponds to the production of 1.26 million tons of LNG.
